The overseas Indian community is estimated at over 25 million is spread across every major region in the globe .Indian Overseas congress is founded with the basic Principle and purpose of improving the welfare of overseas Indians and enhance India’s stature in the world in every aspects.
The Kerala unit of the Congress has formed the Overseas Indian Cultural Congress (OICC) as the first step in bringing the various non-resident Indians of the state under one umbrella.
